The Healing and Reconciliation Institute is a non-profit consulting organization facilitating community healing and traditional knowledge. I was honored to serve as their 2020 Media Fellow, where I developed a media action plan using Project Design and Management (PDM) principals.

PDM is a structured development methodology that begins with setting an organizational vision and defining specific measurable outputs.

From the above flowchart, I further developed these ideas into a proposal for the institute’s board of directors.

HRI’s board endorsed this plan, allowing me to develop planning documents such as the below calendar example for use during 2021.
